It was my first time attended course from Ms Skye Lee. She was very vibrant and knowledgeable in conducting the class. Everything was informative and something new. Even though the class was a 3hours long but it felt short because I was immerse in the course and trying out all the platforms that was shown. Ms Skye also was very patient in teaching and explaining in details whenever we stopped her or asked to repeat a certain topic. Overall it was informative yet a fun session throughout!

I recently attended the 3-hour "Mastering Online Competitor Research: Succeeding in Today's Digital World" course by Miss Skye in NTW - i learnt how to spy on business competitors (wah felt like CIA!!!). I can honestly say that it was an exceptional learning experience. Here are the reasons why I believe Miss Skye deserves high praise:

1. Miss Skye is knowledgeable and experienced - her extensive background in MNCs and profound understanding of the marketing field allowed her to provide valuable insights and real-world perspectives throughout the course. It was evident that she is well-versed in the subject matter, when she offered valuable guidance and industry-relevant advice throughout the course.

2. Intimate class size for personalized attention - each class only accommodated 16 students max, which fostered a conducive learning environment where each student received personalized attention. Miss Skye was able to engage with everyone, addressing our specific concerns, and tailoring/relating the learning content to suit our specific needs - this also relates to my next point, which is:

3. Interactive instruction - due to the small group size, Miss Skye was able to be both engaging and patient in teaching. She skillfully encouraged interaction, welcoming questions and discussion throughout the class. She would pause at appropriate intervals, prompting students to confirm their understanding.

4. Comprehensive explanations backed by practical examples - during the course, Miss Skye skillfully connected the dots between marketing theories and real-world applications, illustrating the concepts with relevant case studies and examples. This practical approach made the subject matter more relatable and easier to grasp, allowing me to gain a deeper understanding of how marketing principles are implemented in various scenarios in spying on competitors.

5. Hands-on exercise - near the end of the course, we were given a group task that allowed us to work together to immediately put into practice what we had learned. This experiential learning approach helped us to reinforce the knowledge we learnt by directly using the skills to solve the problems given.

In conclusion, I wholeheartedly recommend Miss Skye's marketing courses to anyone seeking to enhance their marketing skills and knowledge in a supportive and immersive learning environment. It is absolutely worth it.
