如果需要做benner，不介意，拿到瑕疵品。不守时，东西有问题，不专业（老板娘说自己做很多年了，底下还有好几个设计师）可以过来看看哦。老板娘非常棒，有问题一定不是她问题。
下面是我的亲身经历：
开始说3天内拿180,不然就150
结果呢？25号（星期二）下午确定好了也付了钱，我说不介意多付只要可以在7月1号拿到。27号（星期四）早上再跟她询问星期一（1/7）几点可以拿，她中午12.40回复说设计图有些问题需要再补充文件给她,我在13.30就把文件发过去，然后就没有然后了。星期六再跟她确定，并提醒她星期一尽可能早点拿，然后回复说星期一才会好。星期一12点去到了，结果东西还没到，才在你面前打电话追，叫你先去吃饭。1点的时间说半个小时到。2点回去拿的时候她就不在店里了，然后说打电话说放在店门口可以拿了（自己收货后都不检查）。我检查后，结果东西打不开，有问题，而且印的白色地方很肮脏，打给她电话不接信息不回，2点30左右才回来。
多少次打电话给你，你有接吗？
做生意就好好做，你觉得你有诚意吗？
第一,你不诚实：我最早也跟你确定是不是自己公司印的，结果原来你找别人印。就是因为时间有点赶怕会有问题再处理就来不及，结果还是碰到了，因为有问题了都是厂商的问题。
第二,你不守时：答应了拿的时间没有做到，也不提早通知（不要在我面前打电话追，交代了几点没有送货到你不会提早追？要,等我到了问你了再打电话有意义吗？
第三,你不专业：不要说你做了多少年，难道你连最基本的检查也不会做，6月25下午2点45就把设计图给你，你6月27中午12点才说有问题。本来有那5天的时间给你去安排去生产，结果白白浪费了1天。再来你都知道是急用的说了11点拿，我13到了，问你的时候你才打电话，再说了你有自信你的厂商很完美，东西不会出错，到了也不检查就叫我拿走，好在我先检查了不然真的是有口说不清。
第四，你没有诚意：东西出问题了，你没有第一时间道歉，而且还一直怪你的厂商不守时，到现在你连最基本的道歉，还大言不惭的说赔我的损失？退我一半？就像我昨天说的你有诚意就拿出你的诚意。我千交代，万交代说这个很急，我本来上星期要拿的都多给你时间到星期一的。

Contacted them on 14 Jan, got a reply almost immediately and so i thought "okay not bad, fast replies, they must be good". Conversation continued and she managed to answer and help me clarify all my questions. Had to ask about 4 times for the payment details and the amount (do not assume we have the time to look up the payment methods accepted on your website because most companies do not post about it online as it's regarding financial matters). Informed that I can collect my items on the 24th of Jan after confirming all items and she finally gave me the price on the 20th of Jan. Right after she confirmed the amount, I asked to include one more type of print in my order and immediately went MIA. No reply on text or whatsapp call for close to 24 hours.... how do y'all ensure and sustain your business when you can't even reply and help potential customers? Technology is so advanced now in 2025, pay for Whatsapp API so that customers will be able to get a reply on time rather than having to chase around for one single reply that can help you earn money. I feel like I'm some loan shark or debt collector. Please save your money and time and find elsewhere to print with better customer service and quality.

I asked them to design name card for my company and they only use about 7 days to design and ship to my office. Throughout the process, they will constantly update me the progress. It is very impressive that they response very fast and able to done it within short time with very nice quality and creative design. 🔥💯I would recommend this.😍👍🏻

If you need to do a benner, don't mind getting a defective product. If you are not punctual, there are problems with the product, and it is unprofessional (the boss lady said that she has been doing this for many years and has several designers under her), you can come and have a look. The boss lady is very good, and if there is a problem, it must not be her problem.
The following is my personal experience:
At first, she said that you can get 180 within 3 days, otherwise it will be 150
What happened? On the afternoon of the 25th (Tuesday), it was confirmed and paid. I said I didn't mind paying more as long as I could get it on July 1st. On the morning of the 27th (Thursday), I asked her again what time I could get it on Monday (1/7). She replied at 12:40 noon that there were some problems with the design drawings and she needed to supplement the documents. I sent the documents to her at 13:30, and then there was no more. I confirmed with her again on Saturday and reminded her to get it as early as possible on Monday, and then she replied that it would be ready on Monday. I went there at 12 o'clock on Monday, but the product had not arrived yet, so I called you in front of you and asked you to go to eat first. It was said to arrive in half an hour at 1 o'clock. When I went back to pick it up at 2 o'clock, she was no longer in the store. Then she called and said that she could pick it up at the door of the store (she didn't check it after receiving it). After I checked it, it turned out that the item couldn't be opened, there was a problem, and the white printed area was very dirty. I called her but she didn't answer the phone or reply to the message. She didn't come back until around 2:30.

Do business well. Do you think you are sincere?
First, you are dishonest: I also confirmed with you at the beginning whether it was printed by your company, but it turned out that you asked someone else to print it. It was because I was a little pressed for time and was afraid that there would be problems and it would be too late to deal with them. In the end, it still happened, because the problems were all the manufacturer's problems.
Second, you are not punctual: you didn't deliver the goods on time you promised, and you didn't notify me in advance (don't call me in front of me. You didn't deliver the goods in advance after I told you what time? Is it meaningful to call me after I arrive and ask you? Third, you are not professional: don't talk about how many years you have been doing this. Don't you know how to do the most basic inspection? You gave you the design at 2:45 pm on June 25, but you said there was a problem at 12 noon on June 27. You had 5 days to arrange production, but you wasted 1 day. You knew it was urgent and you said you would deliver it at 11 o'clock, but I arrived at 13 o'clock. You called me only when I asked you. Besides, you are confident that your manufacturer is perfect and there will be no mistakes in the goods. You asked me to take them away without checking them. Fortunately, I checked them first, otherwise I really can't explain it.
Fourth, you are not sincere: When there is a problem with the goods, you did not apologize immediately, and you kept blaming your manufacturer for not being punctual. Until now, you have not even made the most basic apology, and you shamelessly said to compensate my losses? Return me half? Just like I said yesterday, if you are sincere, show your sincerity. I explained it again and again, saying that this is urgent. I wanted to take it last week, but I gave you more time until Monday.
