A very niche service but a service that can help bring back lost memories.

Recently, I had them convert my parents' wedding VHS from 1992 as a little surprise for the lovebirds.

It was such a blast from the past. Gosh, the family had a great laugh to see what really happened when their kids weren't born yet. Haha.

Provided the VHS' quality is kept in well-condition, the team does what they can to make the video as clear as possible.

Friendly, helpful staff on the other end of the WhatsApp number. You fill in the form they'll send - name, number of tapes, appointment date n time requested, etc. Drop off the media. They're in a row of shops amongst apartments - don't be thrown off when entering past the guarded gate. Trust GPS which will take you past the apartments to the row of shops. They're on the 2nd floor. Fast turnaround as my tapes were in good condition. Under a week. Love the service where they WhatsApp-ed me little clips of extractions from my tapes. I hadn't watched these tapes in over 20 years. Love being able to watch these little clips on my phone. I opted for putting my tapes on a pendrive they provide (RM30). Invaluable service, done quickly and professionally. Would 100% recommend

Really pleased with their service. They were able to digitize two Hi8 video tapes from 1995 for me, and mailed the tapes back via courier quickly and also provided a digital download link. 5 star service. From me and my family, thank you for allowing us to view these precious memories of a lost loved one.

I was in desperation to find help from professional to convert my over 20 years VHS tapes in anticipation that some tapes may be spoilt or tainted...Luckily i found MGTV!! They are the one who is willing to listen and assess my problem and offer help to repair my tapes. Really is a blessing that I found them and used their service. They are simply good and provide personalize service as well as good coordination. My special thanks to Ms Afrina and Ms Azah for their patience and excellent quality service. Good recommendation!

If you have old tapes that you want to convert/transfer to dvds or hard drives, they can do it. And do it before your tapes become damage,lost etc. I sent 24 old mini DVs (12-17 years old). I don’t even have a player to play them back anymore! Some had developed fungus and I was worried they were not able to be played back anymore. But, they brilliantly managed to save but one tape.(They won’t charge if your tape can’t be played back). Now, I have the convenience of all the videos in just 1 hard drive and best still,able to watch all the old videos again. Thank you MGTV. Will definitely come again.

I contacted En Zakuan (MD of the company), about the 45 years old cassttee, I need change to mp3 format.
Because the condition of the cassette, it is not an easy job....but MGTV make the miracle happen.
I get the miss voice from my love one.

He also sent the mp3 in the same day...
