Check the floor, walls, and structure for any defects, cracks, or scratches.

When moving out or ending your tenancy, please also take photos and videos for record purposes.

If the air-conditioning service team or cleaners move furniture during their work and cause scratches or damage to the floor or walls, and they enter your unit after you have checked out or ended your tenancy, you will be personally responsible for any damages or costs.

We are family based with young kids based KL and not familiar with JB but so happen come to south side for biz trip and decided to reside in JB overnight in view of more value of money and also variety of local food choices, thanks to my friend’s recommendation. Other than the strategic location and really really very near to Malaysia/sg custom, the condition of the unit including bed sheet, bath room is clean and comfortable, not to mention the little bed bar which is important for kids to avoid fallen down. The ample rest given me energy to run full day occupied schedule and continue battle with kids which is very important. Considering my next trip to sg for concert I will think of staying here again due to its convenience.
