富丽华一代现今没有电单发来没关系，用email电子单，问题是连电子单也没有让我们如何付费，有一个月电单，第二个月又没有！投诉只有里面也只有给你这样一个单！问题还是没有解决！推来推去！如何办事如今的电力局！！！

I thought they had a customer service counter, so I stopped over to ask my queries about my electrical bill. To my surprise, the receptionist informed me that they no longer providing that service here and advised me to go to one of their other branches. One is located near the Bank Rakyat Permyjaya Branch, and the other is at UTC.

Need to improve on your charges and prices… your bill is getting ridiculous… how come my rmh terrace with almost similar amount of bungalow bill… while my house only got 2 aircons… and usually weekdays the living room aircon never on… and bedroom aircon on only at nights… while rmh bungalow aircon on 24/7 with 6-7 aircons… my bill 200-300 monthly… and the bungolow also around that amount I knw becos the bungalow house belongs to my friend… how actually u charge on the bill? Ada kira bagus2 kah… or just simply tembak Rmh org miskin owhh u buat mcmtu… jika rmh menteri u cas rm10k pun xpa… mrk income juta2 setiap bulan… sy ni rm100 saja tggl lepas byr itu ini pakai hidup!

Mok masang karen gi umah baru punya lama mok nunggu.. dr madah nunggu 45 ari, dah ya belanjutan ke 60 ari udah.. bila d tanya agik, boleh² madah nunggu stok wayar dtg.. ya baruk alasan.. mun malas nak nait kuala baram kampong masjid madah jak malas udah.. sik boh kita merik byk gilak alasan.. mun nak motong karen org sik bayar, laju jak cdak tok molah kerja.. sik payah d padah, depan umah dah nya betunggu.. nok kmk mpun masang karen gi umh baru mok betunggu pulang.. mun kmk lom bayar sik juak hal, tok dah bebayar.. bodo
