Bad experience with this Wifi provider :1)Monthly commitment pay up at the counter, one of the staff /clerks don't bother to give back change and neither does she credited extra money into upcoming bill. Even asking for the change, she refused to give back. This had been going on for about a year, only
A.) realized that after a switch to another counter clerk, she credited the extra cash amount to next upcoming bill. I've verified with the bills. THIS MATTER WAS BROUGHT TO THE ATTENTION OF THE BUSINESS OWNER MR. MIKE (Michael Teo @+60 12 836 3636) in person. Apparently, no actions been taken.
B.) May 29,2018: Purchased a VIVO Y55s Smartphone from here. The rest is just nightmares, (1) sales lady had no knowledge of setting up the new phone, 1hour spent at the counter, only to return,
(2) for more settings, this time with the assistance of another sales lady /counter staff,
(3)Returned again for screen protector replacement, the original which comes with the package didn't get installed, until realizing it, it has been broken. Too much hassle due to no profucient technician available. Lack of counter staff is another reason why.
(4)Customers' complaints heeded, but it's more like a heated argument...albeit the biz owner's reassurance to listen your complaint before meeting up with him.
This business is the appointed agent for Maxis internet WiFi service provider, but the business culture is terrible.
