Nanny Kila spent four days watching our kids at the Parkroyal Langkawi, and overall it was a good experience.

• We messaged Langkawi Childcare services through Whatsapp with details about our kids' ages and desired dates/times we wanted babysitting, and they provided a quote for the cost and confirmed that a nanny was available.

• On the first day of babysitting, we received details about who would be watching our kids, and the admin created a three-way Whatsapp chat between us, the nanny, and them to coordinate and to provide updates.

• Each morning, we completed and signed a few pages of information about the kids' ages, conditions, and our contact info.

• At the end of the first day, we were able to pay the full balance for all days via credit card.

Despite some initial hesitance about being left with a nanny, our kids ended up having a fun time with Nanny Kila and by the fourth day, neither was sad about being dropped off with her. She was a bit reserved but provided regular updates over Whatsapp on the kids' activities and took them to the kids club, pool, beach, and villa, helping to change their clothes and apply sunscreen as needed. When the kids would spot us around the resort or in the room, they were happy to continue staying with her instead of insisting on coming with us.

Using Langkawi Childcare services really helped to make our stay in Langkawi feel like a vacation! The kids had a fun time and us adults were able to get in some kid-free relaxation as well.
