Like others who rated 1 star here, we experienced the same frustrating situation. If zero stars were an option, I would have chosen that.

Everything seemed fine at first. Alwin, the so-called "Business Development Manager," was responsive—until the deposit was paid. After that, the tone changed completely. Delayed responses, empty promises, lack of professionalism, It felt like we were being played around, things kept being dragged and hoping the issue quietly dies down. They are trying to play "who is more in rush" game with us.

As for the 5-star reviews here — Hmm.. I highly doubt 😂

We engaged this company for website maintenance and paid the full amount upfront as required. Unfortunately, our experience has been extremely disappointing.

Communication has been a major issue from the start. Despite sending multiple emails and follow-ups via WhatsApp and phone calls, we received little to no response. Requests — even for minor technical updates — require constant chasing, which is both time-consuming and frustrating.

The level of professionalism is seriously lacking. At one point, they published a live version of our site with another company’s contact details still in the template — a careless and unacceptable oversight.

Customer support is practically non-existent, and the quality of the website delivered was subpar. We complied fully with their payment terms, but the service provided does not reflect the cost or the trust placed in them.

We regret choosing this company and cannot recommend their services to other businesses. Please take the negative reviews seriously — our experience aligns with them.

Exceptional service from Ablecount. We hired them to design our website, and from the very beginning, I noticed they had a priority in customer service. They are not 100% perfect, there are definitely room for improvements. I would like to commend our PM Olivia, along with our sales person Peipei and digital marketing lead Claire for their professional services. Hoping to maintain a long term collaboration with Ablecount!

Purchase for company service website maintenance, but need to closely follow up, even multiple email been send, no feedback to reply or to do as instructions. Call / Whatsapp also not feedback. Sometime the request are too minor technical things but still need to follow up closely. Payment terms need to pay 1st but in terms of customer service are so poor. We are pay full payment where no installment, no do work 1st pay later are comply. This is so scammed!

We faced many hiccups at the beginning while working with the account manager, and things were not delivered as per our needs. However, Alwin stepped in to assist and ensured the team fixed everything according to our requirements. Some of the things we were initially told were not possible, but Alwin went the extra mile to get his team to make it happen - even when some requests came at the last minute and needed urgent delivery.
