This office was a big letdown. There was rat poop and pee on the table and floor completely unacceptable and disgusting. No one should have to work in those conditions.

There’s no cleaner, so the place isn’t maintained properly. The floors and toilets were dirty, and the whole environment felt unhygienic. The office floor has an old carpet that has never been changed. It’s very dirty, traps dirt inside, and causes a bad smell.

The chairs were uncomfortable and not proper office chairs, making it hard to sit and work for long periods.

The boss was very unprofessional, very emotional and scolds the workers, doesn’t listen to them and always blames them. Workers weren’t even given the chance to explain or speak up, which made the environment even more frustrating and unfair.

Teamwork was poor, and the working system was disorganized and inefficient. For example, projects were handled by only one person instead of a group, which slowed down the completion process.

The salary is low, it’s not even as much as what a drafter would typically earn. On top of that, the boss didn’t pay overtime when workers stayed late to meet project deadlines. Sometimes, the salary was paid late as well.

The office facilities are not good because there aren’t enough of them, which makes working there inconvenient.

Overall, it wasn’t a professional or comfortable place to work. I wouldn’t recommend it unless they make serious improvements in management, cleanliness, operations, pay, and facilities.
