Bad experience. ridiculous company policy and it is no room of ticket amendment. I accidentally booked the wrong ferry route, even though the date was correct. The booking system is not very clear and can easily cause this mistake. I immediately contacted support and even offered to pay a 50% surcharge to change to the correct route on the same date, but they refused. The only option given was to reschedule to same date but only for one way route (KKedah-langkawi or Langkawi-Kkedah), otherwise I had to buy a completely new ticket. I had no choice since there’s no other platform to buy ferry tickets due to the centralized monopoly system.

Although I will be able to reschedule my hotel at no cost since it was still a week before the trip, the whole process was stressful and disappointing. I wanted to travel to Langkawi as my small part in boosting the local economy, but with experiences like this, please don’t be surprised why people prefer going to Thailand instead. Utterly disappointing — I will not be coming again.

AVOID BUYING TICKET FROM THIS APP! The apps is hit and miss, which may result in you having to buy double tickets. They will automatically change the date once the payment is made and put all the blame on you! And don't bother trying to contact customer service, they're completely useless. It's impossible to change the date or get a refund. This company is rubbish and they gonna collapse very soon!

PENGALAMAN TERBURUK !!! KALAU BOLEH TAK NAK BAGI BINTANG !! SEBAB TAK DE APA PUN YG MENYENANGKAN . PARKING PUN SUSAH NAK CARI !!!!!!

Tiket pukul 10.30 pagi . Tiba tiba kene tukar ke 3 ptg ! PETANG EH . Kami ade 4 kanak kanak , 1 oku 2 warga emas.
Mula bile dia kata delay sebab feri rosak, kami macam okey laa sebab di luar kawalan dorang an , tapi bila selepas 2 jam tggu dekat sini dgn anak beranak kami, kami nak tompang laa kejap dalam surau dorang , EHHH KENE HALAU ! Halau tuuu, dah macm kami ni datang awai kat sini tapi nak lepak kat surauuuu ..
Pekerja semua tk reti ADAB ! Dri kat kaunter sampai laa cleaner !!

Avoid to use their services. Their staff is extremely rude to you and laughing at you, what a worse mentality they are. you cannot change the date once you booking unless you book it 48 hours early!! You have to buy a new ticket!! In my case i lost hundreds of Ringgit to book ticket, and cannot to refund back my money!!

Le site web est aléatoire, ce qui peut vous valoir de devoir prendre les billets a double. Et ne prenez pas la peine d’essayer de contactez le service client il n’est d’aucune utilité. Impossible de changez la date ou d’avoir un remboursement. Il y a un gros travail à faire sur cette entreprise.

Can't recommend this ferry. We took it from Perlis to Langkawi and it was like a fridge. Outside were like 30 degrees inside I think like 20 or less. We were the whole hour freezing and nothing was changed. And for sure we got sick because of this. If you have a choice of another ferry take the other one.

Very bad experience. Staff is extremely rude. We already bought tickets online (official website) and they wouldn't let us use them. They made us buy new tickets. When we went to buy new ones and came back, we had to use to old tickets (original ones we bought online) to get through the gates. So there was nothing wrong with them. They didn't want to provide any refund.

Booked the ferry through the official page. Checked everything before confirming payment and then once payment was confirmed, the date had change to today’s. Contacted customer service through WhatsApp who said they couldn’t do anything as it was within 48 hours. THEIR website changed the date and now we have to buy new tickets Ridiculous. Can’t get across on the correct date with any other provider. Dreadful booking experience and would not recommend to anyone but unfortunately we are stuck.
