I hope OFS case manager are more responsive as i haven't got any reply on email since February...

Really dissapointed with ombudsman, the casee has comes to a closure as i have accepted recommendation from the case manager. However, when i seek for help as the banks does not follow what has been in the recommendation, i was given a silence treatment and no replies whatsoever.
In conclusion, you are on your own if you have dispute with bank and consumer are always at the loss side. This made me feel that ombudsman is always side with the banks.
