Booking slot utk servis pun mcm tak guna je. Yang walk-in punya dia buat dulu. Takde beza pun booking dan tak. Lepas ni datang je ikut suka, tak payah dah booking bagai. Menyusahkan orang je.

Very attentive company; for the last two years they've been sending me reminders that my car insurance and road tax are about to expire and need renewal which is news to me because I don't have a car, I've never been to Teluk Intan and I've never been in contact with this company. I told them all this last year but they obviously enjoy keeping in touch.

Booked the car on May 2022 and received it on the end of Nov 2022 (6+ months). I mean, that's understandable since Perodua having low stock at that time. The problem is during the car collection, there are 2 items that isn't available and they're promising for refund. It has been almost 3 months and still no refund! What's worse the salesman just bluetick my messages. Definitely not recommending this place to buy any car.

I will not even give them a star if possible.....as they are the worst dealer you can go to. They will lie and twist and turn and ignore you once you make payment till delivery. You will be on your own.

Anyone thinking of buying from them, please reconsider and stay away. Many other dealers that are much better and provide better service. Their service and attention to customer needs really SUCKS. Bad bad bad bad bad service.
