Ada kemudahan hot-desk serendah RM20 sehari, meeting room, service office, seminar room (up to 50 pax).

Selain itu, ada juga tandas, pantry (boleh bancuh air kopi sendiri), internet yang laju (Unifi) dan juga mesin printer.

Ada juga ruang balkoni untuk hisap rokok. Tapi kalau tak hisap rokok, boleh la destress tengok pemandangan luar.

Parking space free. Tu yang best juga. Kat Ipoh ni semua tempat kena bayar parking.

Cadangan:

Visibility - elok ada signboard di tepi jalan supaya mudah dilihat dari jauh. Kalau terlajak belok ke parking, kena pusing satu block!

Good environment in Ipoh for co-working space and private office. Private office is good if you need to attend a lot of conference call during work.
Owner is responsive and helpful. The others people in the working space are friendly.

This is a great space in Ipoh to get some work done. It's a comfortable, clean, modern space with good amenities (good, fast wifi, aircon, etc.), with a nice view. As a visitor from overseas, I appreciated the fact that they have power strips that could accommodate foreign plugs. I will definitely return when I'm in Ipoh in the future.

Two tips:
1) Be sure to call beforehand to arrange for access. (Thanks, Eric, for being so accommodating even without us having done that already!)
2) The parking is in the vacant lot to the right as you're facing the front of the building.

Was looking for a quiet place to work around Ipoh and stumbled upon this gem. Internet connectivity is stable, pantry is well stocked with free snacks & coffee, table are adequate and clean, and comes with free parking on the neighbouring vacant plot.

Got a RM20 daypass and worked there productively for 7 hours, much better than working in cafes!

This is the only co-working space in Ipoh and it's a very good place. Comfortable chairs, good daylight, fast Wifi and an awesome host make this place an oasis for work. If you stay in Ipoh and you need to get some work done, you should definitely visit this place!

A very comfortable space to hold a discussion at a really good price. We used a room which had fully functioning projector.
We were travelling from KL and was welcomed by Eric who was very accommodating and friendly.

Great Co-working space. I stop by here whenever I come to Ipoh for business. Met many interesting entrepreneurs and spark a few collaboration. Recommended for all entrepreneurs.
