Stupid place !! I many times come oso close !! Donno when open ! 1 weeks alredy my parcel stuck !!! If no enough staff ! Find at least another branch staff to cover and give salary enough ! So staff not lazy like cow ! Open always late Knn !

They were closed for Friday prayers which is fine but didn’t open again at 2pm as stated. Also went on a Sunday at 10.50am and they’re closed with no phone numbers working. So if you go just pray they are open.

连续来了两天！两天都那么早关，不是十点才关吗？现在七八点就关门了？为什么当天替我们收到包裹的负责人没有提早通知我们会早关？害我白跑浪费我时间！

1. Kirimman didnt pick up my phone call twice and text when i wanted them to reject my parcels as lazada driver dropped my parcels there without my permission. especially the status on whatsapp showed online everytime i called them. they doesn’t offer any free pick up time like boxplus either.

2. i went to kirimman directly when i received notification from lazada telling me that the parcels were delivered in Kirimman, and the lazada driver was still in the shop. however, i was threatened to blacklist my future parcels if i took my parcels without payment even though i proved myself that i couldn’t contact the lazada driver and Kiriman to reject my parcels and i wanted to pick up from the driver directly.

3. the driver also couldn’t take my parcels out of their shop when i met the driver as we were told “cctv footage recorded the driver put your parcels inside our shop and i checked in your parcels already”. however, nobody picked up my phone call twice before kirimman informed me they receive my parcels(i reached to kirimman within 5-8mins when app lazada told me my parcels delivered). well, i saw how the staff generated this receipt without scanning my parcels how they checked in my parcels? on cctv, AI one is it?

from the above, it is not my first time to face the same problem. i appreciate and need their service sometimes when i am not in kl but i really have to say, not every staff but some ppl really ruined the biz. if boxplus can accept big parcel, i will definitely use it.

anyway, they are my extra thoughts below on Kirimman very long time already, i never wrote such long review until the staff really meant too much to me.

1. no transparency on meal break or off day(at least can directly see on their whatsapp profile),

2. limited courier services: can’t drop off parcels for shopee express and lazada express, ninjavan drop off accepted(well ninjavan itself also provides pick up door to door)

MBE when can you come in united point? i have gone through the time of parcel hub to now kirimman, hope MBE can come in UP soon.

they fat guy is very rude waste my time and the operation time is very flexible , every time I go down and want to take my parcel the shop is close. Luckily I’m staying upstairs if not I have to wait them back or pickup on other days.

That fat rude dude just ripped me off for 3 extra ringgit! No reason at all! It was always just RM1 before, but now this jerk thinks he can charge whatever he wants? Used to be decent, now it's a total rip-off! This is outrageous! He's clearly picking on customers and making up prices as he goes!
