The male boss is rude, speaking impolitely. When asking about why the font size in the hardcover is different with the one in A4 paper inside, he just told me if can accept then accept, if cannot will just return money to me. What the hell It's not about money, it's attitude problems

To the best of my knowledge, this is the only shop of its kind in SP and it is a 'go-to' place for many companies. The price we get is fair in my opinion and the service is always friendly and fast.

I always come here for 'Black/Colour' printing, photocopying and PDF scanning which is essential in my field of work. However, I have to say the place also sells other things such as reams of A3/A4 paper, plan binder, name card and etc...so anyone who is in need of urgent supplies can certainly visit this place.

The only problem I have is that I told the owner to whatsapp me when my documents were ready for collection but he did not do that. We ended up collecting the documents almost a week later because we forgot about it so this is the service (customer communication) the owner must improve on.
