I contacted LocalService for plumbing services. After showing him a video of the issue through Whatsapp, I was quoted around RM200 for my clogged kitchen drain as "it may be a difficult job".

Plumber came to the house sawed off one of the piping just so he could have easier access to the kitchen drain that was clogged and then plunged it 3 times and the water drained properly. The plumber then mentioned the plumbing was RM250 and RM50 for the "Ubat" even though I already had prepared solvent for drainage but he was persistent in saying that mine was no good. The plumber also never help to re-assemble the piping that he sawed off, he just gave me a plastic connector and told me to just attach it myself. I just wanted this ordeal to be over with so I paid him, but this will be my last time using LocalService.

I sincerely hope no one in the future will consider using them to assist with whatever issues you are having as their prices are unreasonably expensive. I hope whoever reads this will also upvote/like this review so others are aware.

Booked a moving out service and the appointment was confirmed a week ago but was a No Show on the day of the appointment. This I get yo know 2 hrs after waiting on the day , It was like I was stood up,
I was asked if I could reschedule, obviously it was a ‘No’ cause I was moving out but the lack of planning etc specially with an appointment a week earlier was appalling. Zero accountability, slow on the communication , casual approach etc.
Things happen but stand tall ,chin up and fix the problem.It might be just one bad review or experience but ultimately it’s a customer gone forever. Never bank on someone who promises but never delivers. Either way Good Luck Local Service.

EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE, CHARGE RM550 JUST FOR THE TANGKI FLOAT BALL.
Hi all, have a plumbing service from local service today. The tangki float ball is broken, causing the water flooding in the toilet. Contacted this service company for repair after coming across the comments saying the service is professional and price is reasonable. Before they come to the door, I have asked several times what is the price range. They said need to have a look on the tangki first.
Now I know why they keep avoiding my question, because they charge extremely high price. If I know earlier, definitely would not call for their service.
Hereby advise everyone please do not call for their service, they charge crazily.

Very good service. have been calling for plumbing service the whole day but none pick up my phone. I stumbled upon local service.my and through WhatsApp we chatted and within 10 minutes I got the contact of the plumber and best is the plumber willing to come at 7pm.
