The parcel is well managed by the management office. I will say that there’s no perfect place but with cooperation from all residents, it can be a great place to stay.

My comments to all those petty owners & residents, if you feel that PR is too strict & not harmonious, perhaps you should move to a low cost flat where you can do as you wish.

This property was designed for people who wants good security, safety and has a good understanding of what it means to have house rules when living in a condominium or service residence.

Big thanks to the Management Office for enforcing the rules and ensuring a peaceful residential environment.

Peaceful, Serene, Zen, Tranquility. It is a place of home, that deserve 5 stars. But, due to it having to drive out further for amenities, thus, 4 stars. Other than that, amazing environment to live in.

This security guard has no manners. Very rude to my visitors many times. Alot of my friends complained.

As a person who stills live here, I think I'm pretty satisfied with this place. The pool downstairs is pretty clean (floor 9). The place I live is pretty clean, but sometimes, bugs can enter in my living room. Since I payed for the parking, no one else is allowed to park at my place, but many times I saw random cars are parked at my place! It always bugs me whenever they're there. Luckily the security guards call those people down and move them elsewhere. But overall, I give this place 4 stars.

The view is fantastic. No blocking by high rise building at 180 degrees. Next visit i will sent photos. 10 minutes walk to train station. No noisy motorbikes. Wow! So peaceful. The view at night is a wonderland.

Inconvenient and not helpful when you have big parcel (that can't put inside mailbox) delivery. They not allowed to put the parcel at guard house or lobby when owner is not at home. Also, short term parking (even for few minutes) at downstair (for owners) required special parking pass, what a joke.
