printing tak memuaskan langsung , colour pun crack lepastu mahal sangat sangat . print gambar satu rm4 . kalau harga mahal kualiti printing tiptop takpela jugak . fuh sumpah dislike 👎🏻

The employees in the shop should really learn what is customer service. Their sour faces are not welcoming. They look unapproachable and rude. In fact the young lady was very rude to two customers (both were Malay customers)(was it a coincidence or it is a sign of racism?) while I was waiting. Cara diorg layan customer macam kita hutang dgn diorg. Ada one particular customer who belonged to the same race and the lady replied with nice tone and spoke softly and the others were treated like we are outcasts. The last I checked is we are living in MALAYSIA and we are multiracial country and all deserve same treatment. I really want to know if the shop owner and the employees are racist or everyone receive the same kinda treatment where we get treated like peasants?

Not a friendly and service oriented shop. The boss scolded guest for asking to print photos in lecture notes in black and white. He said only can print in colours. If printed in black n white the machine will jam. I guess if he has been honest he should change, repair or upgrade his machine. Just because of a few photos in the lecture notes, the entire Ppt cannot be printed. Firsti time in my 19yrs of teaching and more than 25yrs of printing experience since uni days. Never never heard.

已经不是第一次了，时常复印都货不对版，一间专复印的店面复印出来的深浅度50%？？？要多节省墨水？

我们复印很多，并没有当场特意检查，因为相信你们的专业，但是真的一次又一次的夸张，所以普普通通的复印都需要我们慢慢一张一张的检查？你们复印出来时看不到商品的品质有问题的吗？品质有问题也直接交给客户的吗？客户没当场投诉就是客户的问题？

The malay lady working there is so arrogant..dont know how to treat the customers. I wait there for more than 5 min. She was just doing her work. The chinese aunty was much more better than her.Pls advice your staff boss. Thank you.

Pekerja lelaki berbangsa Cina melayan pelanggan dengan kurang mesra. Layanlah pelanggan walau pelanggan itu nampak miskin di mata kamu, tetapi kamu tak tahu siapa dia dan status kewangannya.
