Rohan could have been much better.
There was an Heineken event today on the 17th of May 2023 at Nest13 bar PJ.

The rules are simple: 1 guest can bring 1 friend and you’re entitled to get 1 bucket of beer

When I was there Rohan told me I could not register my friend details because my friend was not there with me at the the same time. When I asked “Then how can I invite my friend if I can’t input he’s name into the system?” He couldn’t answer and started mumbling and mumbling without a solution and being nervous, but only after 15 minutes later he can give me the answer.

And after he came back with the answer the then he said the beer is on a first come first serve basis and my friend needed to be there then I can register yet again.

But after I called kenneth Choo from Heineken he said that what Rohan explained and mentioned is not really the correct way and he should have check with someone who knows the process better immediately.

I went back in later somehow at 8pm and I can register my friend contact details at the entrance easily.
Basically he just wasted my time and my friends time, not only that there was a few men that came alone at first also walk out of the event immediately being mad and unsatisfied and now I start to understand exactly why.

And Heineken event was supposed to be a really good one turned out badly because of bad customer service.
It was a sad day all together for me and my friends really wished I dint even attended this event because of how this confusion and bad customer service.
