I would recommend carefully considering Shopline’s website services before committing. Initially, I was informed that the platform would be very convenient, but after a few months, I was unexpectedly required to pay a 2% management fee each month, with the risk of the website being closed if I didn’t comply.

I signed up for a 4-year plan, and after using it for about 1-2 years, I was informed that Shopline 1.0 would no longer receive new feature updates, as they had launched Shopline 2.0. Despite several essential features being outdated or no longer available, there was no further development planned for 1.0. Transitioning to Shopline 2.0 required me to either redesign my entire website myself or use their paid design services.

Additionally, I experienced difficulties with outdated features that didn’t comply with local regulations. I also found their accounting and finance department problematic, as there were instances of missing or delayed invoices.

Super disappointed on Shopline. Poor service. At first, the salesperson mentioned that all the channels can be linked to ease our jobs however, we couldn’t integrated our TikTok(need to print the airway bill separately). Moreover, 2 shops under Shopee were not able to be integrated after using your service for 6 months more and we still did not get any solution.

Despite numerous attempts to address the issues we have encountered, the quality of service provided by your company has not met our expectations.
1. No PIC attend to us and no one inform us the previous PIC was resigned.
2. Asking us to pay the monthly maintenance fee because we did not sign up the payment terminal which is not in the contract, quotation, and invoices .
3. We wish to highlight that when attending the meeting, this salesperson Miss Najwa is being very rude to us, not giving a solution and explanation. She insisted we need to pay, and we cannot cancel the services, and no refund can be done.

To all that though this platform are good, let me give me some headsup here, they will impose many hidden fee without your agreement, if you not paid, they will lock your account after due date.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Shopline, and I feel compelled to share it. We decided to subscribe to Shopline based on the promises made by their salespeople, who assured us that migrating from Shopify would be a breeze, with just a few clicks.

However, the reality was a stark contrast. The major letdown was their customer support. Before subscribing, they pledged to "always be there for us," but this commitment vanished once we became paying customers. Our concerns and inquiries were met with silence and indifference.

The migration process from Shopify to Shopline was far from straightforward. It involved more than just a few clicks, and the result was a chaotic mess with stock discrepancies. We tried to seek assistance by providing detailed explanations and even creating a video to illustrate our issues. Yet, Shopline's response was nothing short of frustrating. They refused to acknowledge the root cause and, instead, engaged in pointless arguments.

Moreover, the so-called "free" apps they initially promoted turned out to be a deceptive scheme. They were only free for the first 500 customers, after which they demanded additional payments that far exceeded what we were accustomed to with Shopify.

After a week of futile efforts and countless frustrations, we made the wise decision to return to Shopify. If you're considering subscribing to Shopline, I strongly advise you to think long and hard. There are far better alternatives like Shopify, Easystore, or Sitegiant, which not only offer better service but are also more affordable.

What made this experience even worse was their "no refund" policy, which they insisted on, despite the fact that the problems stemmed from their platform and their team's unhelpful attitude.

In summary, my experience with Shopline was far from satisfactory, and I wouldn't wish it on anyone. Avoid Shopline if you value a reliable e-commerce platform with responsive customer support.

Do not use their web order they change their policy keep paying for useless service which u do not require. Best thing they said if we don’t charge extra our company cannot cover the cost after mco which many seller stop using their service. They over charged existing customer. Company expense ask customers to pay. Once u started their service they will change policy this need to charge that need to charge.

Moved here from Shopify. While Shopify is good, it has limitations in adapting to local needs, and most importantly the lack of local support.

Luckily a friend recommended SHOPLINE to me. Transition was smooth as they have a local team to help with migration. Absolutely grateful to my Account Manager, Zane for guiding me and providing support. So many things that I wasn’t aware I should be doing, or doing it wrong, and would have continued if not for Zane keeping his eye on my store performance and proposing solutions to my problem. He even helped me setup my loyalty program system, which I’ve been holding off because I’m not sure which loyalty program model to use.

While there are the occasional hiccups (which system doesn’t?), I’m thankful that I’ve trusted SHOPLINE. Thanks again, Zane!
