Poor customer service reply , wondering how they generate income , enquiry but keep asking u to fill up the info , I already send them my company name and google screenshot my company info , they still insist want me to fill up the info and only can send to sales team

Imagine the unskippable youtube ads YAPPING at you NON-STOP in your own resident lift and lobby!! Is this what people get EVERYDAY going IN & OUT of their million-dollar-property? This is a strategy for malls and commercial buildings-stop encroaching into our homes!

Please do better than this. Ads are understandable, its the loud volume that is not proportionate to the space containing it, even more echoed in the lift and lobby.

With such big screen beside the buttons, you ALREADY have our attention. Cut the unnecessary noise. Appreciate the understanding.

Placing a TV in an elevator is a poor advertising method. Did they ever survey the elevator environment before making this decision? It generates extra heat, worsening the already uncomfortable conditions in elevators, many of which lack air conditioning. This gives me a negative impression of all the brands advertised. It's a rookie design mistake. This happens in The Grand SS15. Bad condo management + Bad advertising method from this company.

Saw their TV inside lift. Tried contacted them on numerous time, want to ask about their rate to advertise my restaurant outlets there. Not manage to and never get a response from them. I wondering if they cannot take care of their potential client how can they take care of their client's potential customer. Wish them all the best.

Late responses on WhatsApp. Eventually no response at all. Kinda feel like they have a descriminatory selection criteria for their clientele. Didn't even get a quotation for my request and just got ghosted during the inquiry stage.

The YS guy commenting about tv generating heat. You must live in a terrible place if the tv heat is causing discomfort. Target media is amazing.
