Dropped by on a Saturday evening around 8pm and managed to get a slot for two. The place is clean and spacious, which gave a good first impression. However, the service left much to be desired. I asked to use the toilet beforehand and was simply told it was upstairs—no one offered to guide me, so I had to find my way up and down on my own.

I went for the 40-minute Zen Head Therapy and was surprised to find it done entirely on a sofa chair typically used for foot massages. The massage itself didn’t feel smooth—especially around the neck, where the strokes felt rough and uncoordinated. The head massage was mostly done using a metal tool (about 90%), which felt more like someone scraping an apple than relaxing. Only a small part was done by hand, and that was the most comfortable portion.

There were some light touches on the forehead and cheeks, and both hands got a bit of massage too, along with some back work and cracking. After the session, we were left waiting at the reception area while they prepared the ginger tea, which took quite a while.

Overall, the experience was underwhelming. The service wasn’t great, and the therapy itself didn’t feel relaxing. Wouldn’t recommend if you’re looking for comfort or good hospitality.

Relaxing experience at Thai Oasis!
The ambiance was calming from the moment I stepped in. The staff were warm and professional, and the massage was absolutely amazing — just the right pressure and very relaxing. I left feeling refreshed and stress-free. Highly recommend for anyone needing a quality Thai massage.

To be honest, I don’t understand why this place has so many bad reviews. The reviews were actually the reason I didn’t want to come here for a massage at first.

I had a few stressful weeks, and my husband suggested I give Thai Oasis a try. I was skeptical, but that changed the moment I met my masseuse , a warm and welcoming lady. She was very friendly and could speak both English and Malay, which made communication so easy.

I had one of the best massages I’ve ever had here. She was very knowledgeable and even explained to me what was going on with my body as she worked on it.
I could feel all the tight muscles melt away, and I felt so relieved and relaxed after the session. Definitely will come again!

booked this last minute on a monday and had spots immediately for foot reflexology. on the way over our grab driver was telling us that more people actually goes to scents & senses further up the same street but we decided to give this a shot and honestly, no regrets!! really glad we decided to stick our booking - service was great, massage was amazing💯, the place was tranquil & toilets were really clean. would highly recommend!!!
