I had a pleasant experience engaging Up Your Home to service my home airconds. The customer service person and technicians were all very professional. As the technicians were checking my aircond, I was being updated constantly by the customer service about possible issues and cost of repair. Wonderful.

Essentially they've got good workers and can do the job but I felt cheated by the company/admin that I dealt with on whatsapp. Long story short, they promised one price, made a mistake on their end, and I end up having to pay a higher price. Only after invoice came out they start trying to add terms and conditions that were not communicated. Full story I copy and paste from the whatsapp chat I sent to the friend who recommended this company to me:

Then they asked what time i wanted afternoon or morning. so i said afternoon. all set

I’ve been using UYHS for around 5 years both for at home and business for AC installations, electrical and plumbing jobs. The team is fantastic and I wouldn’t consider using anyone else!
