very bad attitude. wonder what is their mgmt doing. did you even care bout what other writing bout your firm?
honestly if 1 person giving 1 star it might be due to the customer. but if a group of ppl giving 1 star. then you really need to look into your company structure and the worker attitude. hope the owner will look into their company culture and learn how to treat other with respect.

Laman citra developer charges me about 9k for late payment release. Developer recommended lawyer took 3 weeks to make them pay. Reason for late is system error and tried their best to push the responsibility to other party. I still need to pay rm800 before key collection.Very bad services and unprofessional lawyers. Please get your staff do their job properly. Told them to send me official email to list down all the information but their professionalism proved again by write down the calculation on A4 paper and send in Whatsapp. 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎 Think twice before confirming this lawyer firm.

真的很差。。一直说文件不见了拖了几年。。负责你产业的人一直换了或者不做了你的事情就不了了之。。里面的差评是真实的。。要考虑找律师楼一定不能选这家

Super Poor service and bad attitude staff. Hardly respond to customer email, WhatsApp & calls. Took years to transfer my title since yr 2023 and until today haven't been settled. Told me that the previous solicitor who handle this case had resigned and since then nobody follow up 🙁 (in few years time, walau)

Anyone can advise can we lodge a report to Advocates & Solicitors Disciplinary Board for the delay & service?

Bad service , Client buat pembayaran fee apa semua bila ditanya ada apa apa makluman perlu tahu tapi lawyer sendiri cakap tak ada . Bila part nak ambil kunci pemaju charges interest tak masuk akal dan salahkan client balik sebab tak pernah tanya apa apa. Bad service , mahal dan memang tak recommended lawyer ni langsung, mana mana pemaju recommend sila la ambil lawyer lain.

Lawyer paling lemah pernah aku jumpa. Menyesal dan kecewa. Disebabkan kelewatan proses documentation dari lawyer, saya telah dicas interest almost RM1000. Dah la taknak bertanggungjawapa, senang je cakap kite as client yang kena settle sendiri interest ni. Padahal kesalahan dan kelewatan dari lawyer. Dah lah minta copy agreement dari 2022 sampai 2024 baru dapat. Itupun selepas kite berpuluh kali spam mesej dan call. Eh geram pulak kite.

The worst law firm in entire Malaysia . Took 10 months collect my house keys . I am not sure why KSL choose these lazy and inefficient firm . Even people leaving bad reviews still they do not even focus on improving their service . Very disappointed and because of these guys delay caused additional interest, which I’m not responsible for . Please stay away from this firm . If your builder chooses this firm better say no and pick another one .

The service is super poor. Don't waste your lawyer fee for this company for housing loan and etc. The lawyer didn't chase the loan from bank (lazy to update or follow up) and cause my delay. I need to pay RM1800 for house seller due to delay. I am very angry, then I asked the banker. The banker feedback to KL branch for investigation. In the end, is bank lawyer fault, they need to pay me RM1000 (seller gave me discount). I had wait until 3 weeks, they still didn't bank in me the money as promise when Alliance bank in KL give the feedback. The lawyer name is Jennyfer Wong. I message her also no response.
