Horrible service by the owner and their staff.
Ordered 3 acrylic sign with simple design... designing phase was done on the spot with deposit being paid with the owner promise to finish it within a week... so far so good...
One week later called them, no answer whatsapp no reply, fine I can drop by to check and collect anyway since stay nearby... went there store was open and no one was in the shop which I'm not sure why but I went off after waiting 10mins for no one to be seen even with open shop...
One more week went by and I drop by again... this time there's a foreigner lady which do not know a thing and do not even speak proper Malay or English station there... asked about my sign she don't understand... I saw my sign and show her the receipt to collect it... since she don't understand a thing I'm saying I drop another message to the owner and told him to send me his account number for the balance payment... that evening the owner called and scold vulgarities at me for collecting the item without paying... come on la I called and msg so many times pls do have the courtesy of apologising for the inconvenience u caused me and I can pay...

If the owner read this I'm damn pissed with how you dealt with your customer and how you approach your business with this kind of attitude...

Warning: Please be aware thqt there are lots of sharp 2.5inch-long advertisement board pins of about 0.5mm diameter lying around the kaki-lima (5-foot way) as well as on the road just outside this Y.E.H sign because the one nad only disgruntled foreign worker is sooooo reluctant to keep the compound safe and clean! The consequence could be that 20minites after getting your nice car licence plate fitted, you'd soon find yourself driving around the area looking for a tyre shop to repair a puncture! While the variety of signss and licence plates on offere here is good and the turnaround time for a license plate is about an hour at competitive pricing structure, it is contingent upon Mr. Yap, the owner of this shop, to work harder to ensure he and his only worker keeps the compound free of these metal debris or customers should seriously reconsider their choice! Owners who never look after the safety interest of customers, do not deserve their patronage!
