ZUS Coffee at Kubota Sentral has become one of my favorite spots for a great cup of coffee in Tawau. The café offers a welcoming and modern ambiance that is perfect for both relaxing and getting some work done. The interior is well-designed, with comfortable seating arrangements that make it an ideal place to catch up with friends, read a book, or even have a quiet moment alone.

The menu here is impressively diverse. As a coffee lover, I’ve tried several of their signature drinks, and each one has left me impressed. The Butterscotch Latte is a delightful treat with the perfect balance of sweetness, while the CEO Coconut Latte is a refreshing twist that I highly recommend, especially for those who love a tropical touch in their drinks. What makes ZUS Coffee stand out is their attention to customization — whether you want your drink less sweet, extra strong, or with a dairy-free option, the baristas are always happy to accommodate.

The service has consistently been friendly and efficient. The staff members are always welcoming, ready to offer recommendations, and attentive to customer needs. What truly matters is that the quality of the drinks and the customer service have always met my expectations.

In terms of location, ZUS Coffee at Kubota Sentral is easily accessible, making it a convenient choice for locals and visitors alike. Their operating hours are also very accommodating, which is great for both early birds and night owls.

Finally Zus arrived at Tawau.

Let's start with atmosphere. Shouldn't i start with taste? I don't think so. This kind of place such as Starbucks and Coffee Bean, my opinion is you are paying for a nice atmosphere to drink coffee. Zus has a nice bright ambiance. Its clean and sleek design makes it suitable for both work and gathering.

The coffee was ok. There are two types of beans, i.e. the medium roast called Lydia and darker roast called Boss. My humble unrefined taste buds says both taste similar. Yes i have been here a few times trying few different things.

I like their range of drinks. Its a mix of traditional coffee such as latte, espresso, and mocha. They also sell tea and our Malaysian Cham (mix of coffee and tea) my drink is usually the americano and machiato. I think they are alright, not great yet not bad. For that price, no complaints.

Services were good. They were smiling and spoke politely. No complaints and nothing to ask for.

I did my work there for most of the morning and i did a lot. Unfortunately some parents brought their kids there and really change the mood, well not to my liking. Its a free world, have to accept it.

I had an amazing time at ZUS Coffee Kubota Sentral in Tawau! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and friendly service. The baristas were super professional and made sure my drinks were always perfect.

My favorite drink is their Americano. It’s always brewed to perfection bold, smooth, and delicious. I’ve tried a lot of other drinks from their menu too, like their Spanish Latte, Matcha series, and even some of their seasonal specials. Each drink is unique and made with great attention to detail. It keeps me coming back for more!

The cafe itself is cozy and inviting. There are comfortable seats and a clean, well maintained environment. It’s a great place to relax, work, or catch up with friends. The ambiance is calm and soothing, with soft background music that adds to the experience without being too loud.

I also want to give a shoutout to Balqish, Amirul, Eryn, Shabirah, Aidil, and Sofia. They were all super friendly and went the extra mile to make sure I had a great time. It’s clear that they love what they do and it shows in every interaction.

Overall, ZUS Coffee Kubota Sentral is a must-visit for anyone looking for a fantastic coffee experience in Tawau. I can’t wait to go back!

staff was rude. waited for quite a while, only to be told that we need to wait longer to order walk in . they prefer that customer order from apps. understandable but, aren’t you suppose to priotise customers who’s already in front of the counter to order ? overall had a very bad experience with the staff. better go to other branch for walk in. 🙂

The staff name mohd fathi is very friendly and helpful for assist those menu for us. Highly recommended to be promoted to area manager. For me the coffee taste better than starbuck, outlet quiet very nice for. Good job zeus kubota sentral☺️
