I have nothing but GREAT things to say about Shinjiru and their Customer Service Team. As a new start up company and having to learn for the first time how to set up user email addresses and buying domain names, they have been there for me every step of the way answering all my questions and turning around requests so quickly. And it helps that their prices are very reasonable as well! It has been an incredible experience and they have made what was for me a scary unknown thing into something I can do successfully. A big shout out to Zainal who has been a huge help for turning this 56 year old non-IT person into a somewhat efficient and capable IT Administrator. Thanks guys!

Greatest dedicated server hosting service in Malaysia.
Subscription is the cheapest in town but their services are the best ever.
Especially when encountering urgency cases, customer service is super responsive and I have my solution in short giving time.
